"GROUNDS OF DIVORCE UNDER Christian Law"

In Christian law, both the husband and wife have the right to file for divorce. The grounds and procedures may vary depending on the denomination and the specific laws of the country or region. Generally, a petition for divorce can be filed by:

• The husband

• The wife

• Both spouses jointly (in case of mutual consent)

• In some cases, a spouse may also file for divorce on behalf of the other spouse, such as:
